When will my order ship: for materials only within the US

90% of our orders ship within 24 hours if in stock if not in stock, it can take 3-5 business days to produce
Shipping is from Southern California and will take 1-4 business days. Remote areas can take 5 days.
Custom orders can take about 5-7 business days to produce plus shipping time
** If your order arrives damaged, Envelopments will send replacements BUT shipping the same method you originally paid for AND if the item is in stock will ship within 24 hours. You can pay to expedite the shipping.
If the items are not in stock, they will ship out as soon as more are available the same method you originally paid for unless you are willing to pay to expedite the shipping. PLEASE plan ahead and order items at least 3 weeks before you need them. Errors are a rare occurrence BUT you don't want it to happen to you
If you receive damaged products, Envelopments can require payment for the replacements until they receive the damaged products. They will send a call tag to cover the shipping. Refunds will be made upon receiving damaged goods.

Envelopments will NOT ship to you directly so the order must first ship to Divine Ink, then we airmail the order to you. It usually takes at least 3 weeks to receive from the time you order, at least 2 weeks to Canada We send orders via USPS unless requested to go via FedEx or UPS which usually costs more We can use your FedEx or UPS # to ship your order
Duty or customs fee may be charged at your end and is your responsibility You can enquire at your postal office

Printed orders we offer printing and assembly services if you choose |
Turn around time can be 3-5 weeks plus shipping time but please enquire in case our printing schedule is heavy We do rush orders for a fee depending on your needs. Because you approve a proof before we print, there is no refund on a printed order.

Free if you order over $150 of materials only before printing is added $17 for orders under $100 because Envelopments charges a small order fee $12 for orders $100.01-$149.99
expedited orders--depend on the weight and distance from Southern California/Envelopments location charges are shown at the end of your shopping cart before you make final payment depending on location and weight, charges will run 3 day -- $26-$30 2 day -- $35-$45 overnight -- $50-$90 overnight Saturday delivery -- $60-$100 follow rush orders with a phone call

Exchanges or Refunds?

Only damaged items can be returned or exchanged Other items can be exchanged ONLY and must be done within 5 days of receiving the order as long as the product is in original form and in re-sellable condition and a minimum of $200 Non standard sizes cannot be exchanged
A 25% restocking fee will apply. Please be sure you are ordering the right product and color You must email or ring first before making your return to get your RA number and it must be VISIBLE on the outside of the box you are returning Envelopments will receive the return and decide if your product is re-sellable.

Samples are sold and you can receive credit or partial credit for your samples if you purchase at least $150
Mock ups start at $40 and will be credited towards your order if you wish to proceed.
